I was distracted a lot while reading, so I’m focusing all on the book today xD Until I finish, that is… then I’ll be focusing on leftover homework I didn’t finish on Friday since I was too busy shopping for my Homecoming dress xD; Hey, at least I bought it two weeks in advance! :< Some people buy theirs at the last minute, which would probably be me (I am a terrible procrastinator), but my mom asked if we could go dressing shopping for me, and I was like, “Oh, what the fuck, why not?” Heh. I was going to ask my grandma to help my dress shop since money is pretty tight between my parents, but the dress my mom bought for me was only $40 :o I don’t think that wasn’t a bad price, especially since it’s a really pretty pink dress that looked like it was $100 instead. Well, it’s a “rose” color with sparkles, and it’s quite… poofy xD And I found other dresses that were $150 or more. Like what? I’m not having my mom spend $150 on Homecoming dress for a dance that’s only three hours long o.o But I think prom is just as long. We’re having my grandma help me find a prom dress, though xD WHOA. I got off-topic AGAIN. IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ABOUT THE BOOK. AND I’M WASTING TIME TALKING ABOUT HOMECOMING. AGAIN. But I have to admit I’m pretty excited for it for some odd reason :3 OKAY, OKAY. It’s been a while… My senior year has surprisingly been going great this year! ^^ I kind of had a feeling that it would~ It has already been pretty stressful, but I have some amazing teachers this year :) And I honestly love French I right now. French is such a beautiful language, imo x3 I’m the only senior who’s taking it, though, which is no surprise. But it does get annoying when everyone asks me why I’m taking French now. Well, why the fuck not? XD I do what I want! :< But seriously! I really want to be fluent in French one day, and I’ve even been considering taking it when I go to college xD But I do regret not taking it sooner. I took two years of Chinese, but my Chinese teacher was the biggest pushover I had ever met. I would turn in assignments that were a month late, and she would still give me full credit O_o Now I’m not saying I turn in late assignments in all of my other classes, because I definitely do not XD In fact, I normally get straight A’s ^^; But when it came to Chinese, I totally slacked off in that class. I barely know any Chinese now ;___; I would’ve taken a third year of Chinese if it was offered, though. But no. The dumb ass school system just had to cut Chinese, like they did with the busing. And unfortunately for me, I can’t drive. I see no car in my future, either D: Anyway~ :P Hopefully I’ll stop blogging/reblogging more :3 I haven’t been since school has completely taken over any free time that I have, but I’m about to start reading The Mortal Instruments. I want to finish the first book by tomorrow night. It’s about 500 pages long, but I’m a pretty quick reader, especially if the book is good :o I guess we’ll just have to see! I’m looking forward to reading this rather popular and amazing series :DD Oh, and I also decided that I’m go to go to Homecoming this year :3 Since it’s my last year of high school, this will be my last Homecoming dance ever. I only went to the dance once my sophomore year, and it was actually a lot of fun! The only downside to it was that I didn’t have a date, and my best friend did, so it was really awkward grinding up against her and everyone else while we were dancing xDD And I didn’t go my junior year because… well, a lot of shit went down before then. It’s a long story, but my ex-boyfriend and I had a very on/off relationship, and we were “off” around the time of Homecoming last year xD It seems funny now, but it definitely wasn’t around that time. Heck, every time I think about our relationship, I seriously think I was extremely drunk the whole time I dated him. Lol, I don’t even know. I may go into great detail about all the crazy things that happened in our relationship, but that’ll be much later. We don’t even talk now. Hahah. Oh well. His loss~ Lol, I hate how I talk about a thousand things all at once -.- I need to work on that. But I’m seriously going to read now. Ta ta for now~ :D

I’ve read so many good books this summer, and I had all this time to create a new tumblr and fangirl over them! Eh, well, better late than never? :D Except I start school on Tuesday. Sigh. I think most books have some kind of romance in it, though xD STILL. I’m a hopeless romantic!
